A vian and Exotic Center
We are pleased to announce that Board certified Avian Veterinarian, exotic and small animal doctor, Dr. Simon Starkey is the lead veterinarian of our Avian and Exotic Center. He is the only Board Certified Avian Veterinarian in Queens, Brooklyn, and The Bronx. Dr. Starkey is available for primary care cases, second opinions as well as referrals. Click here to read Dr. Starkey's biography. Dr. Starkey has been responsible for writing, editing and marking North America's only avian specialty exam since 2009. In this honorary position Dr. Starkey helps set the standard in specialty bird care in North America.
Appointment Protocol:
We ask that all avian and exotic pets arriving at our clinic be enclosed in appropriate carriers and/or cages. Pets can be temporarily admitted to our exotic/avian ward until our exotic exam room becomes available. Please call today to schedule an appointment with Dr. Starkey at one of our clinics.
