Appointment Policy
Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and payments in cash. Feel free to discuss any concerns you have with our staff prior to accepting your pet's treatment plan.
    
Extended Payment Plan
We offer an extended payment plan to qualified pet owners who would like the convenience of time payments through Care Credit. Please be sure to ask our staff about it. Applications can generally be processed within 15 minutes.
